What it is

How we handle it
Frozen shell-on and sold by weight. Thaw in the fridge before cooking.
How to cook it
Roast them on a tray, grill them, or run a shrimp boil. Cooking in the shell keeps them juicier than peeled shrimp. Steaming mussels, clams and crab.
