King Crab Legs (Frozen)

Wild-caught red king crab legs and claws, cooked and blast-frozen at sea so the meat stays sweet, snowy and firm. Enormous shells, dense ivory meat, and a clean, buttery-sweet flavour with no muddiness — the showpiece of the counter.Sold by weight at $115/lb. Legs and claw sections come glazed; keep them frozen until the day you want them. How to cook: Thaw overnight in the fridge. They're already cooked, so you're only reheating: steam over an inch of simmering water for 5-6 minutes, or lay them on a tray, brush with butter and warm in a 375°F oven for 8-10 minutes. Split the shells lengthwise with kitchen shears before serving. Melted butter, lemon, and nothing else.
