What it is
Live oysters in the shell, sold by the piece. Our selection rotates and commonly includes Pink Moon and Raspberry Point among other varieties, each with its own balance of ocean brine and soft sweetness.
How we handle it
They come in live and stay live in the cooler until you buy them. We will shuck them for you at the counter if you would rather not fight the knife.
How to cook it
Eat them raw on ice with lemon or a vinegar mignonette, or set them on a hot grill until the shells pop open. Shucking and serving oysters.
Good to know
Keep them cup-side down in the fridge under a damp cloth, never in water or a sealed bag, and eat them within a couple of days.
