What it is

How we handle it
It arrives cooked and frozen and stays solid in our freezer until purchase. Thaw it overnight in the fridge and keep it cold until you are ready to use it.
How to cook it
Serve it chilled in lobster rolls, or warm it gently in butter for pasta, risotto or a simple main course. Add it near the end and heat only until warm so it stays tender.
Good to know
Because the lobster is already cooked, it needs no further cooking for safety. The full pound pack is easy to portion across several dishes.
